Fluorescence microscope for time lapse acquisition with stage top incubator

The fluorescence microscope is suitable for long-term imaging of cell migration as well as for the observation of intracellular nanoparticle transport. A software enables complex experiments with multi-point and multi-channel measurements of several samples at a time. The stage top incubator allows the observation of human cells under physiological conditions. A defined chamber atmosphere enables live-cell imaging over periods from just a few hours to several days. This way, slow processes such as wound healing or cell differentiation can be observed »live« at the same time as rapid cellular processes.
